Products must be without price tag, felt pen mark, dealer’s identification, etc…
For products that are not in a saleable condition which must be cleaned, changed container / box, etc… additional fees will apply.
Boss Technology Inc. reserves the right not to credit products that are too damaged, already been used, too dirty or too old.
For a cleaning product, liquid protection or treatment, the product must be in its original container. A product that has frozen or stored under inadequate conditions cannot be credited.
For any other type of product (non-liquid), it must be returned in its original packaging and include its instruction manual and all accessories that were included when delivered.
A 15% return fee applies based on the price paid.
Transportation costs at the time of purchase are non-refundable. Only the price paid for the returned product will be refunded (plus applicable taxes). The choice of the carrier and the transport costs for the return of goods are the responsibility and at the expense of the dealer.
No monetary refund on merchandise returned. Credit note only.
Manufacturer allocates a period of 2 days for inspection and expertise of the returned product. A credit note will be issued within 5 days from the date of receipt by Boss.
