For a cleaning product, liquid protection or treatment, the product must be in its original container. In addition, less than 25% of the content should have been used. A product that has frozen or stored under inadequate conditions cannot be refunded. For any other type of product (non-liquid), it must be returned in its original packaging and include its instruction manual and all accessories that were included when delivered.
A 15% return fee applies based on the price paid.
Transportation costs at the time of purchase are non-refundable. Only the price paid for the returned product will be refunded (plus applicable taxes). The choice of the carrier and the transport costs for the return of goods are the responsibility and at the expense of the consumer.
Manufacturer allocates a period of 2 days for inspection and expertise of the returned product. The method of payment for refund will be identical to the one used at purchase time. Credit card refunds will be processed with the same card number used for the original purchase. The credit will appear on your bank statement within 2 to 3 days. On request, you can receive a confirmation message.
